Founded in 1956, it is a Grade A tertiary general hospital with orthopedics and burn medicine as key disciplines. Annual outpatient and emergency visits reach 3.0053 million, surgeries 90,400, and inpatient admissions 100,500. As the National Orthopedic Center, the hospital was the designated medical support hospital for the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympic Games and Winter Paralympic Games.

Founded in 1892, it has reached leading domestic and international standards in many fields, such as adult living donor liver transplantation, early diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer, cardiac interventional therapy, neurosurgery and functional neurosurgery, integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine for severe pancreatitis, and allogeneic combined larynx-trachea-thyroid transplantation.

Founded in 1907, the hospital has an annual total of over 6 million outpatient and emergency visits, nearly 200,000 inpatient admissions and more than 100,000 surgeries. As Shanghai’s first medical institution offering foreign-related medical services, it is a designated medical facility for consulates of 10 countries. It has served more than 600,000 foreign patients from over 100 countries and regions worldwide.

Founded in 1907. The hospital is equipped with top-tier devices including PET-MR, sixth-generation cranial Gamma Knife, 4th-generation Da Vinci surgical robotic system, intraoperative radiotherapy system and small-animal PET-CT. It also boasts a large array of sophisticated instruments such as PET-CT, Tomotherapy system (TOMO), proton radiotherapy system and 3.0T MRI. The hospital has served more than 80,000 foreign patients in total.
